  • Paying customers will be given a choice to include search visualization or not after a search.
  • Search visualization is now only available to customers signed up for the Advanced plan.
  • A bug that allowed researchers with mandatory client ID configurations to bypass setting it, has been fixed.
  • Other recent changes
    • Additional case data is now displayed on the search results for paid Ravel plans (Advanced, Enterprise and above): Topics, Key Phrases
    • To support more customer formats, we have made entry format of client matter ID more flexible.
    • A bug preventing browsing of search results was fixed.
    • Some broken links to caselaw have been addressed.
    • Size of the "close window" icon has been reduced.
    • Users can see previously analyzed Courts in their workspace history.
    • Ravel has optimized the search history functionality visible in Workspace for speed and improved back office research reporting.
    • Site redesign with new colors and typography rules.
    • You can now filter by multiple Primary Topics in Judge Analytics and Case Analytics
